By downloading, installing, or using the Glaze Over mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Glaze Over is a screen time accountability platform that allows users to set daily screen time goals, track their device usage, compete on leaderboards, and build streaks. The App collects screen time data from your device to provide these features.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Usage Data Collection

The App requires the Usage Access permission to read your device's screen time data. This data is used to track your daily screen time against your goals, generate posts, and calculate leaderboard rankings. By using the App, you consent to this data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems; (c) interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App; (d) create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or rankings; (e) upload offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content.

6. Content and Posts

Posts in the App are generated automatically based on your daily screen time results. You understand that your screen time data and goal achievements may be visible to other users who follow you or view leaderboards.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Glaze Over and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that screen time data will be perfectly accurate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glaze Over shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
